Ticket to the Moon
The Electric Light Orchestra Tribute
Few bands created a sound quite like Electric Light Orchestra. Jeff Lynne’s unmistakable blend of rock & roll, pop melodies, rich vocal harmonies and sweeping orchestral arrangements produced one of the most distinctive catalogs of the 1970s and ’80s—and some of the era’s most enduring hits.
Founded in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 2010, Ticket to the Moon brings that extraordinary sound to the stage with an eight-piece band featuring guitars, keyboards, strings, layered harmonies and the musicianship to recreate ELO’s complex arrangements. Led by Canadian-born Reggie Fecteau on vocals and guitar, the band captures the sound and spirit of Jeff Lynne and ELO while delivering the energy of a live rock concert.
The band brings impressive professional credentials to the stage, with members who have performed with artists including Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Andrea Bocelli and Earth, Wind & Fire.
The production is more than the music. Multimedia projections, creative video and dynamic lighting are woven throughout the concert, giving the show the visual scale to match ELO’s larger-than-life sound.
And then there are the songs. From “Evil Woman” and “Livin’ Thing” to “Telephone Line,” “Don’t Bring Me Down” and “Mr. Blue Sky,” Ticket to the Moon delivers an evening packed with the ELO hits audiences know from the very first notes.
